Help us improve the me+ Emotional Wellbeing Programme
What is me+?
At Convatec, we understand that living with an intermittent catheter is about more than just products – it’s about confidence, wellbeing, and support. That’s why we created me+, a free support programme designed to help you feel informed and empowered.
One key part of me+ is the Emotional Wellbeing Programme, featuring 10 Practical Modules created to support ISC users with confidence, emotional health, and practical tips.
Why your feedback matters:
Your voice helps us make these resources even better. By sharing your thoughts on one or more modules, you’ll shape content that truly supports you and other ISC.
Explore the modules and share your feedback:
- Common fears & reducing pain
- Enhancing life with catheterising
- Movement & catheterising
- Intimacy
- Facing your feelings
- Negative thoughts & your relationship with yourself
- Building confidence in yourself
- Who are you now and where are you going?
Click below to complete the questionnaire and register to provide your feedback on one or more of our me+ emotional wellbeing modules.

Help Shape Products, Services & Support
We are building an Advisory Board for Intermittent Catheter (ISC) users in the UK. A space where your voice shapes the future of ISC care.
Why are we creating an Advisory Board?
We want to make sure ISC users have a voice in everything we do. By joining, you’ll help us:
- Gather real opinions and experiences from ISC users
- Ensure products and services meet real needs
- Influence campaigns and messaging
- Understand trends and challenges
- Build a community where your voice drives change
What’s in it for you?
- Get a first look at new products before they launch
- Share your views on campaigns and support tools
- Help shape resources for ISC users
- Attend in-person UK meetings and meet other ISC users (expenses paid)
How to take part?
You can do one or both:
- Complete one or more Emotional Wellbeing modules and share feedback
- Apply to join the Advisory Board
